I have spent the last 18 months researching MBA programs, MBA student profiles and recruiters/corporates on their expectations from interns during internships and fresh MBA students during the campus recruitment.
Yet, our research found few students realize the importance of the first semester as a pivot for the entire MBA experience.

MBAspark is a group dedicated to MBA students in India to help them make the most of their MBA journey whatever be your ambition, dreams or aspirations by:
– By focusing on the skilling and employability of first-year MBA students.
Our group will enable learning of skills pertaining to employability and placements through hands-on learning, workshops, industry sessions and real industry internships (with stipend) opportunities.
– By sharing my practical learnings.
As co-founder of Octane a marketing technology company and experiences from having held senior positions in world’s leading technology brands like Microsoft Corporation, Oracle Corporation, Siebel Systems, NIIT etc.
– By partnering with senior industry experts.
We invite senior industry professionals, across industries and functions, renowned in their sphere of work to share their insights and expectations from top performing candidates.
